Subscribe to our meat boxes and enjoy dry aged naturally raised meat from our farm to your table every 30, 60 or 90 days. 

Subscriptions

We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sunday will be shipped the following week.

All of our beef is dry aged to create a richer depth of flavor and higher quality of meat. Olympia's Farmstead meats are born, raised & butchered in Sonoma County, California.
