We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sunday will be shipped the following week.

All of our beef is dry aged to create a richer depth of flavor and higher quality of meat. Olympia's Farmstead meats are born, raised & butchered in Sonoma County, California.
